Italian Croissant with Cherry Filling

Wheat flour, cherry filling 32% (glucose-fructose syrup, cherry puree 35% corresponding to 11.2% on finished product, sugar, gelling agents: pectin, acidity regulator:, citric acid, preservatives: potassium sorbate, flavorings), vegetable margarine [vegetable oils and fats (palm and sunflower), water] sugar, natural yeast [wheat four, water], eggs, glucose-fructose syrup, emulsifiers: mono and diclycerides of fatty acids- sunflower lecithin, flavorings, stabilizers: sorbitol, wheat gluten, flavors, salt. May contain traces of nuts, milk, mustard, lupins and soya. Keep in a cool and dry place, far from sources of light and heat.
